Lu Impostu

You can rent beach chairs at Lu Impostu by calling the San Teodoro tourist office, choosing between a half-day or full-day rental. Lu Impostu beach is approximately 1 km long. On the northern side, there’s a mix of sand and rocks. Continuing towards the northern beach, a coastal path begins, leading through the Capriccioli peninsula to Cala Brandinchi. The path starts through Mediterranean scrub and fine white sand dunes, then changes to rocky coastline with coves. Finally, there is a charming pine forest leading to the shore. To the south of Lu Impostu, the pond behind connects to the sea through a small channel, forming a famous and distinctive sandbar at the beach.

It’s a large beach, and by following a short path under a pine forest, it connects to Cala Brandinchi. This allows you to visit both beaches in the same day, especially if Cala Brandinchi is crowded, as you can easily move to Lu Impostu with a short walk.
